Miller Central’s back-to-backers headed on first night by WISSOTA racers Kopecky, Johnson and Goth

MILLER, SD (August 2) - Miller Central Speedway kicked off a two-day show Friday, August 2, with WISSOTA Dirt Track Series action in the Super Stocks, Midwest Mods and Street Stocks. Sprints and the track’s Pure Stocks were also part of the program.

Winners in WISSOTA action included Brad Kopecky, Lane Johnson, and Matt Goth.

In the WISSOTA Super Stocks, Kopecky led from flag to flag, taking the victory ahead of Gerrit Van Liere, Robin Schmitt, and Robert Schmitt in the top four.

Lane Johnson drove from the pole to victory lane in the WISSOTA Midwest Mods, leading every lap of the 12-lap feature. He was chased to the checkered flag by Jayme Peterson, Trevor Ryan, Lorin Johnson and Jordan Kienow in the top five.

In the WISSOTA Street Stocks, Goth jumped to the advantage over fellow front-row starter Wyatt Brooker and led every lap of the feature, taking home the hardware ahead of James Hoing, Brooker, Broc Stout, and Kenneth Clements in the top five.

In the Non-Winged Sprints, Glen Saville was victorious, while Jackson Nockels topped the track’s Pure Stock class.
