CASA GRANDE, AZ (January 9) - The second night of action at Central Arizona Raceway got underway on Thursday, January 9. WISSOTA racers had a tough night in the desert, and six drivers of the 11 on hand made A features in their respective classes. Those drivers included Kollin Hibdon, Scott Oeltjen, Devin Fouquette, Joey Price, Kaden Woodie, and Jake Smith.
Woodie finished where he started in the Sport Mod feature and took third-place honors, and was 20th in the Stock Car feature. Though he had started on the front row in the Stock Cars, a restart during the race was marred when the leader spun in front of the field, and Woodie was charged for the caution along with the leader.
In the Modifieds, Hibdon charged through the field from 26th to finish 12th, while Oeltjen and Fouquette were 21st and 22nd, respectively.
Smith, who finished runner-up the night prior, started 24th and finished 27th in the Sport Mods.
Joey Price finished seventh in the Modified A-main.
