Rain ruins an exciting Thursday Super Stock show planned for Rice Lake Speedway

RICE LAKE, WI (June 6) – The Fastlane Motorsports Northland Super Stock Series, scheduled for Thursday night, June 6 at Rice Lake Speedway, was rained out.

Three and a half inches of rain since Sunday, June 2 plus more the day of the event made the entire facility far too wet to hold a racing program.

This event will likely be rescheduled for a later date with the track owners and Fastlane officials working together to find one acceptable to the drivers, the track and neighboring tracks. Expect an announcement on the exact date soon.

The next scheduled event will be on Saturday night, June 15. All five classes will be in action and Relay at the Races is part of the program.

Normally a part of the Firecracker race in July, Relay at the Races has been given its own night this year to make it an even bigger and more successful event.
