Brown and Rogers roll over Super Stock and Midwest Mod competition at Big Sky Speedway

BILLINGS, MT (May 18) - Although the opening night of the doubleheader was rained out, Big Sky Speedway completed night two of the program on Saturday night. Michael Rogers found his way to victory lane for the first time in a milestone victory, while Beau Brown made the familiar trip with the checkered flags at the Montana racetrack.

Rogers started third on the grid in the WISSOTA Midwest Modified feature. He picked his way to the front early, then led the remaining distance to grab the checkers. Jon Tribble worked his way forward from eighth, but could advance no farther and posted a second-place effort. Nathan Kenaston, David Hangsleben and Troy Cepak, Jr. collected top-five finishes.

Brown started on the pole of the WISSOTA Super Stock feature, and led much of the distance for his first win at the track this season. R.C. Geiss, who topped the only other Super Stock feature at the speedway in 2024, charged from fifth to finish second with Jon Tribble third, Matt Tribble fourth and Andrew Gilbraith fifth.

Tyler Thompson grabbed the victory in the ASCS 360 Sprint main event, Rod Lorenz topped Modified action, and Cody Cassidy was victorious in the Sport Compact class as well on Saturday night.
