Kath claims his first win of 2024 at Chateau Raceway’s first event of the new season

LANSING, MN (May 10) - Chateau Speedway opened for its full 2024 season Friday, May 10, after an abbreviated 2023 season. Classes were back under sanctioning, with the WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds part of the six-class program.

In that class, Kadden Kath —who won seven times during his 2023 season — picked up the victory from his sixth starting spot. He displaced Kullen Kath for the top honors, as Josh Mattick, Kobie Kath, and Patrick McCarthy completed the top five.

In the USRA Modifieds, Ryan Wetzstein was victorious in feature, while Zach Elward topped a USRA B Mod feature. Blake Adams scored the win in the Stock Cars, Ben Kraus was the winner of the Mini Mod feature, and Jason Newkirk won the Hobby Stock feature.
